No One Wants to Hear -Revival in Argentina

No One Wants to Hear -Revival in Argentina https://youtu.be/5keh7KfWnnc Today... https://youtu.be/5keh7KfWnnc Today's message from R. Edward Miller's previously mentioned books on revival in Argentina is reminiscent of an old Keith Green song entitled "Asleep in the Light." Because much of the church is sleeping, most hear no call of the spirit as the days dramatically darken. Are you willing to be awakened from your slumber to do business with a Holy God, who has sacrificed everything for you or will you be swept away in your unconsciousness? " And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. Is Jesus a Wall or a Door?

Is Jesus a Wall or a Door? https://youtu.be/Nb63CbLV_qw Pasto... https://youtu.be/Nb63CbLV_qw Pastor Ray asks the critical question is whether Jesus a wall or a door to you? J esus is always a wall at first until we're willing to fully submit and humble our hearts to Him. We must make a conscious choice to fully fix our thoughts on Jesus in this process or we can foolishly choice to light our own fires. Jesus is interested in the minute details of our lives and He wants to transform us from the inside out. Make a determine to fully fix your thoughts on Jesus! https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=3923&feed_id=5184

Married for Eternity

Married for Eternity Jesus passionate love for us leads Him ... Jesus passionate love for us leads Him to go to every length to purify us so that we can be married for eternity to Him. To be purified, we must make a deep and thorough repentance. E.E. Shelhamer's Manifestations of Carnality provides specific suggestions. Secondly, we must quickly do whatever Jesus tells us to do. Will you resolve to not patch over anything? Will you go all the way with Jesus so that he can bring revival? https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=6403&feed_id=5148

Do Not Force God to Leave You (November 2016)

Do Not Force God to Leave You (November 2016) The Spirit of God confronts us with the... The Spirit of God confronts us with the holiness of God and our own, particular sins. If we persistently reject the Spirit of God with excuses, grumbling, or rebellion; or by insisting, "I sin every day, and God is just going to have to accept me how I am," the Holy Spirit will leave us. Such persons may be left with a shell of religion, but they are lost. This earth exists because God has preordained a church that will be made holy by faith--the question is, will you be part of it ? https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=4157&feed_id=5089

Where Satan Has His Throne

Where Satan Has His Throne https://youtu.be/Mv1--s3InQA Today... https://youtu.be/Mv1--s3InQA Today's powerful message is from the message to the church of Pergamos, which is chalked full of messages to the modern church. It's a church that thought it could walk in the darkness and the light at the same time. Are you like Antipas or Balaam? Antipas died a martyr of Jesus and Balaam died as a betrayer of Jesus, it's time to choose... Will you be fully given to Jesus, in reality? https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=30589&feed_id=5066

I Will Not Be Mine

I Will Not Be Mine https://youtu.be/9M3u4EU4JFQ Today... https://youtu.be/9M3u4EU4JFQ Today is a more in-depth study from Thursday's broadcast. The scripture text is lengthy but Pastor Ray reads from Dr Lavender's New Testament. Here are verses 17 & 18 from Ephesians 4:  Now this I say, and declare in the Lord: you are to no longer to walk as the other Gentiles walk, in the nonsense of their mind, having been darkened in the understanding, being alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance existing in them, because of the hardness of their hearts. He talks about the four key doctrines of Gerhard Tersteegen and many churches in the late 17th century.  Make that choice to allow Jesus to go all the way to the bottom in your heart. https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=3907&feed_id=5040

One of God's ways is that He will uncover every vestige of pride, so that we can be totally transformed.   Listen to the story of how God uncovered King Hezekiah's pride and allow the Holy Spirit to expose any pride in your heart. We've seen pride as a virtue and not a vice in America and this has to be exposed and totally broken in our hearts. https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=4070&feed_id=5030

Asbury Hungry For Jesus

Asbury Hungry For Jesus https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tcnG_S... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tcnG_Sdr9GY Pastor Ray began today's broadcast with an introduction largely from Pastor David Wilkerson book entitled " Hungry for More of Jesus ." The first step to revival is a hunger for Jesus. He goes on to provide a framework for the rest of the week by highlighting some of the scriptures that are tagged below. If you're willing to seek after Jesus with your whole part and then step into what He's asking from you, this week will be your week of deliverance. God bless you dear one! https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=39720&feed_id=4993

Preparation for Revival (Part 2) (April 17, 2005)

Preparation for Revival (Part 2) (April 17, 2005) If you're serious about following Jesus... If you're serious about following Jesus and you're seeking a revival in your heart, this is an absolute must listen. The work of revival is always first a work of reformation, through the power of the blood of Jesus. I would offer an alternative title " Jesus prayer for revival. " If you are an earnest follower of Jesus, he has laid out His path for revival for you. Listen to the exposition of the prayer of Jesus in John 17 and allow Him to bring revival power to your heart, your family and those around you. https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=3799&feed_id=4939

God's Covenant Revival Promise - 2009

God's Covenant Revival Promise - 2009 If you have a heart for revival and won... If you have a heart for revival and wonder why revival tarries as Leonard Ravenhill and others have aptly stated, then listen to this message and it will be crystal clear. Pastor Ray walks through 2 Chronicles 7:14 and it's clear that the American church, which includes all of us who call ourselves Christians, have been unwilling to humble ourselves and walk through this death to self. That's the key to unfolding today's message. The hard shell of self must be utterly broken by the Holy Spirit to yield the fruit of righteousness. Lord have mercy upon us. https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=10276&feed_id=4912

What a wonderful yet painful place to be where only Jesus can rescue you and me. I pray that you will receive the message with a heart to serve Jesus. (if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.) https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=3827&feed_id=4772

The Common Gospel

If this offends you, it's because you have never dealt honestly with your love of sin and rebelliousness. You must leave behind the sentimental, powerless gospel of the modern church that says you will always be a sinner. Eternal life is a free gift, but it's not imaginary: you must be made righteous through faith. Will you stop struggling and simply believe Jesus? https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=4103&feed_id=4706

By the Grace of God, I'm Not Going Back

By the Grace of God, I'm Not Going Back God is not interested in a superficial ... God is not interested in a superficial work in our hearts, he must take each of us all the way to the bottom. In this very special sermon, Pastor Ray lays out   four simple doctrines from a dear group of Christians from the 17th century that are key to revival followed by four specific behaviors that block this work. By the grace of God, we are trusting that Jesus will get the victory in our hearts as we simply trust Him with all of our hearts. May Jesus bring each one of us through to complete victory, amidst the tears and brokenness that will flow as He takes us to the bottom. Amen!  (Note: We used some different software to record the sermon with mixed results, please pray for wisdom for us, as we seek to obey what Jesus asks us to do.) https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=3906&feed_id=4629

If so, it's probably because you quit the rebellion against Christ and stopped tithing to darkness. Don't despair! You are on the verge of victory! The Date of Your Execution

The Date of Your Execution Jesus said, "Do not begin to think that... Jesus said, "Do not begin to think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets. I came not to abolish but to fulfill." Weaving in Charles Finney's allegory about parents pleading for the pardon of their condemned son, Pastor Ray shows that the new covenant does not abolish the requirements of the moral law. In the new covenant, God writes his law in our hearts so that we become righteous now. Has the law, by faith in Christ, been totally fulfilled in your heart? Are you, like the parents, pleading with God for the guilty--or, like the son, will you come to the date of your execution in rebellion and proud disdain, protesting your innocence? (Note: There is no video for today's broadcast.) https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=4159&feed_id=4403

For centuries, true Christians have walked through a veil of tears because of their grief over a church choked by self-righteousness. Christians who set up Pharisaical standards, and then hold others to them, break relationships and cause division. Because people in this self-righteous spirit are so convinced that they are right, they don't see the damage they cause to the people of God. Jesus loves his church because it's his body. And self-sacrificing love, explosive joy, and shalom mark the church of Jesus. This shalom is peace that comes from provision. Instead of judging a brother or sister, we are curious. We love and support them, even if it requires us to sacrifice from our own life. But, if we strike and bite at those in the church, we strike and bite at Jesus. If we judge the church, we judge Jesus. This self-righteousness, unforgiveness, and judgmentalism grieves the Holy Spirit a...

Married to the Devil?

Although the focus this week has been on the study of James, this sermon fits in with the theme this week as Pastor Ray talks about the law of marriage, laid out in Matthew and the book of Romans. You cannot be married to Jesus and married to the devil at the same time, no more than you can be in New York City and Washington DC at the same time. Are you willing to end the wasted years you've spent being married to the devil or perhaps trying to be married to both at the same time? Since the devil will not leave nor forsake us, our only hope for deliverance is through being crucified with Christ. https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=4104&feed_id=4033
