It is a contrast to yesterday's broadcast, what does Jesus want from you? He wants you to leave your sin and repent of this worldliness, from the cold-heartedness and the rituals of the church, which have been used as a substitute for intimacy with Jesus. You can never use the rituals of the church as a substitute for being crucified with Christ, for leaving your sin, for an absolute surrender. When all we have are the rituals of the church, we at best are a Laodicean church.
