We've all heard that God loves us--and this is true. But, it's equally true that God hates sin. Without these two halves, the gospel becomes powerless.

God will judge you and send you to heaven or hell based on your works--what you do. Jesus said,

Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

(John 5:28-29)

Do you hate sin? Or do you love it? If you love sin, will you forever renounce it today, in the name and power of Jesus Christ?

The following Scriptures appear in this sermon: John 3:14-17, Romans 1:18, Romans 1:21-32, Revelation 14:10-11, 1 John 3:1-3, Galatians 5:19-21, Luke 12:4-5, Isaiah 59:18, Isaiah 66:15, Revelation 19:15, Ezekiel 8:18, John 5:28-29, Isaiah 3:9-11, Revelation 20:12-15, 2 Corinthians 5:10, Matthew 16:27, Revelation 21:8, 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Ephesians 5:3-7, Isaiah 63:3, Hebrews 3:7-19, Hebrews 4:7

In today's classic sermon, Pastor Ray distinguishes the "Life on God's Terms" with the "Kingdom of Cain" who wanted to have be in charge of his own life. Despite Cain's great sin, God still called after him and his call is that we lay down our lives in service to Him. Will you be a Cain or a Daniel? God never forces us to serve him but yet he continually calls us to lay down our lives to Him. https://www.nationalprayerchapel.com/06-25-2016-the-kingdom-of-cain-saturday-sermon-classic-october-2006-2/?feed_id=176&_unique_id=643165783b58a

Judas?

Judas? Judas had a hidden agenda and would... Judas had a hidden agenda and would not accept Jesus for who he is because his expectations were not being met. Have you dealt with this Judas spirit or will you allow it to destroy you? You need not be a Judas but must allow Jesus to fully change you and deal with bitterness, resentment, pride, judgment and/or your lack of love. Do it quickly because this Judas spirit will quickly lead to betrayal and you will become a betrayer. https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=10162&feed_id=4077

The Amazing Grace of Jesus Christ (October 14, 2015)

The Amazing Grace of Jesus Christ (October 14, 2015) (Note: Since the broadcast on January 7... (Note: Since the broadcast on January 7 further told the story of John Newton, we are posting the broadcast from October 14.) Can God save the worst of us? The hymn Amazing Grace that has touched the lives of millions was written by a very unlikely candidate to have embraced the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This beautiful hymn of Grace was written by a slave trader. John Newton was a hardened man who had sailed the world, seen it all and profited from the buying and selling of human beings. Sometimes the very worst can become the very best. Listen to this inspiring story of repentance, forgiveness, redemption and our Lord’s Amazing Grace. https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=3774&feed_id=4166
