God Is Cleaning Up His Church

Today's somber message is along the lines of the 4th Chapter of Jeremiah, eerily similar in fact. God's judgment is coming forth, first upon the church in America for all of us in the church and then for the nation. The question we must ask ourselves and our Lord, where is there sin in my heart? Many have their sin hidden in some gross sin, perhaps in a false sentimental love or maybe some other thing. We need to identify our own sin and not that of a brother or sister. It's clear that the church has no power and that's always an indicia of some type of sin.

We simply have two choices, seek after Jesus with all of our hearts, with a desire and willingness to be free (through repentance and a full surrender) or just keep going as we're going and that will directly lead to God's judgment. Listen as Pastor Ray lays out how we're walking just as the Israelites did in Jeremiah's day.

We must deny ourselves take up our cross and be crucified with Jesus. It's a losing or forfeiting of our dreams and desires, everything to follow Jesus. It's also an intentional leaving of sin and giving of ourselves fully to Jesus. Have you crossed that line dear one??? https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=61039&feed_id=5106

Soldiering On

Soldiering On Is your church soldiering on without th... Is your church soldiering on without the Holy Spirit, perhaps while praying for revival? This will never produce revival. We must take the position, "Either the Holy Spirit comes, or the church closes. And it's over." How do you know if you're soldiering on? When your church stops confession and repentance. Instead, the church fills up broken cisterns with washed up doctrine, programs and Bible studies, casualness, and happy praise and worship. As a result, the church makes no impact on the culture. Christians remain carnal and unsanctified, and the lost unsaved. This isn't God's heart for the church. Before, the church had revivals. Refreshings of the Holy Spirit brought general change to entire cities and nations. Criminal activities stopped, bars closed, broken families made peace, and people paid back old debts. But, the modern church is so used to soldiering on that we don't even...
