Today's message is quite simple but it may be difficult for some of you to affirm in your spirit. We've taken the gospel and melded that with the modern culture creating a salad that is both permissive of ourselves and others and fails to see the reality of our sinfulness before a Holy God. The absolutes of scripture no longer apply because after all I'm god (little g). Many will not repent of their wickedness because they see themselves as a fine Christian in this wicked culture.
But what do the scriptures say and what do our lives testify about us? May the Holy Spirit bring both light and conviction to your heart as you listen along today. I've included a quote below, so you can see where Pastor Ray is going very clearly.
