Heart Purity

The Christian journey begins with a quick amputation of all outward sin when a person surrenders his or her will to Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit then begins the inner work of heart purity, or entire sanctification. But he will not begin this work if we love the world or the flesh: and that includes everything from professional sports to casual jokes and conversation. The normal Christian experience is to walk in the joy of heart purity, knowing that the heart is totally separated from lust for the world and completely consecrated to Jesus Christ. Where are you in this journey? Do you still rebel against God? You may attend church your whole life, know all the theology, and still be a pagan in the eyes of God. If you do not prepare to meet your Maker today, when will you?

The Midnight Cry (2008)

The Midnight Cry (2008) Listen to Pastor Ray go through in grea... Listen to Pastor Ray go through in great detail the parable of the ten virgins (from Matthew Chapter 25). Are you one of the ten virgins and if so do you have oil in your lamp? Listen as Pastor Ray explain what faith working by love means. Find out how to purchase faith, as you listen along... Pastor Ray gives some concrete examples of how this works. It's not complex but it's not an intellectual process. (NOTE: This message was preached during the severe financial crisis we had in 2008. The national debt was just over ten trillion dollars and that has now more than tripled to thirty three trillion dollars (i.e. $33,000,000,000,000+) so the day of reckoning is upon us.) https://www.nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=43320&feed_id=3233

The Terrifying Third Commandment

The Terrifying Third Commandment https://youtu.be/1raIzROKo14 This ... https://youtu.be/1raIzROKo14 This is truly a terrifying message because we've grossly misunderstood the third commandment. Please listen to the message with a soft heart, one willing to repent. We've reduced much of the teachings in the church to intellectual understandings, something which will ultimately just gussy up the flesh and allow us to be somebody and continue in our wicked ways. Please avoid that trap as you listen closely to this message and ask the Holy Spirit to identify any areas where you may be taking the name of our Lord in vain. https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=31852&feed_id=4820
