This is a continuation of the broadcast from Monday. The core sin of the half-converted church is a focus upon an emotional sentimentality about Jesus, in the absence or even any need for righteousness or holiness. The fruit of the lies are everywhere within our culture as America has ceased to be a Christian nation. Without a real crucifixion, then the focus will simply be on the things of this world. There must be a testimony of the infilling dwelling of the Holy Spirit that brings power for holy and righteous living. It's time the church stopped catering to the half-converted. A man can only be made righteous by the power of the Holy Spirit, through the blood of Jesus. It is real righteousness.

You must have a burning desire in Jesus for righteousness and holiness that is all-consuming and secondly you must be born in the Spirit, where the world is utterly cut off and our bridges are burnt, so to speak. If America is to be changed, it will be done in the prayer closet as those who are followers of Jesus give up all illusions of an emotional and sentimental Jesus. This must be utterly changed and we will leave you with this wonderful hymm, entitled "Stand Up, Stand Up for Jesus." Will you stand up for the real Jesus and lay down the lies of the half-converted Christian and allow Jesus to totally transform you?

Stand up, stand up for Jesus! ye soldiers of the cross;
Lift high His royal banner, it must not suffer loss:
From vict’ry unto vict’ry, His army shall He lead,
Till every foe is vanquished, and Christ is Lord indeed.

Stand up, stand up for Jesus! The trumpet call obey:
Forth to the mighty conflict, in this His glorious day;
Ye that are men now serve Him against unnumbered foes;
Let courage rise with danger, and strength to strength oppose.

Stand up, stand up for Jesus! Stand in His strength alone,
The arm of flesh will fail you, ye dare not trust your own;
Put on the gospel armor, and watching unto prayer,
Where calls the voice of duty, be never wanting there.

Stand up, stand up for Jesus! the strife will not be long;
This day the noise of battle, the next the victor’s song;
To him that overcometh a crown of life shall be;
He with the King of glory shall reign eternally.

The Terrifying Third Commandment

The Terrifying Third Commandment https://youtu.be/1raIzROKo14 This ... https://youtu.be/1raIzROKo14 This is truly a terrifying message because we've grossly misunderstood the third commandment. Please listen to the message with a soft heart, one willing to repent. We've reduced much of the teachings in the church to intellectual understandings, something which will ultimately just gussy up the flesh and allow us to be somebody and continue in our wicked ways. Please avoid that trap as you listen closely to this message and ask the Holy Spirit to identify any areas where you may be taking the name of our Lord in vain. https://nationalprayerchapel.com/?p=31852&feed_id=4820

The Jacob Generation

The Jacob Generation This is a clarion call to be a part... This is a clarion call to be a part of The Jacob Generation. Find out what means and how you can participate by listening to the message and then simply obeying what the Holy Spirit tells you to do. We'll provide a hint or two by including the short that we made from this message. Such is the generation of those who seek Him, who seek Your face, O God of Jacob.
